Hello every one
I want to put Fedora OS in my server rather than RHL9
so where I can found something like docs to teach my self the deferents between RHL9 and Fedora
I want How to migrate your self from RHL9 to Fedora
or some thing like compare the tow OS
And to know How I can do In Fedora what I can did in RHL 9
Thanks a lot

There isn't much difference between Redhat 9 and Fedora. The utilities are all virtually the same -- since they started in the same place. The RedHat 9 documentation should be true for virtually everything. For applicaiton-specific questions, read the man pages.

if you have access to the server. you can download the fedora cd's and pop the first one in.. it'll find you have RH9 installed and ask you if you want to upgrade or do a fresh install
I've done a rh9 -> fedora core1 and it went rather easy, no issues. Going to core 2 is a little more tricky. Here is what i used to go from rh 9 to fedora:

Here's some info on going from fedora core 1 to core 2 with yum:

If you want my honest opinion, if this is a server and used for production, i'd think about loading an enterprise level OS on it such as CentOS.org, WhiteboxLinux.com or taolinux.org. You'll get much more life out of the system as these are all based off of RHEL 3 which has a minimum life of 5 years i think it is, as opposed to 3 - 6 month life with fedora cores, with extended support for another 3 - 6 months after the next core is released. Best of all the RHEL forks listed above are all free :)
