Can anyone recomend a a domain reseller program or an affiliate program that allows .uk domain orders without large setup fees?

123reg.co.uk run an affiliate program, but its branded ie you cant sell under your own name. The best thing to do is become a nominet member - £400 ex VAT initial fee, and then £100 ex VAT per year. You can then buy domains off them for £5/2 years - you won't get any cheaper than that.

I know you said you don't want a large setup fee, but to be honest, you won't find many places selling domains for much less than the norm - there's simply not enough profit to be made. Maybe the next best option is to bulk buy domain credits at somewhere like ukreg.com, where if you buy over 100 domain years worth at once (= 50 .uk domains), you pay just 30p/2 years on top of the Nominet fee of £5/2 years per domain.

Hummm, Nominet is a bit expensive for me at the moment. I allready use 123-reg.co.uk but I was hoping for a system whereby the user can pay the host directly but still have it related to my site (ie. give me admin contact access to domain to edit DNS etc)

www.freeparking.co.uk offer full dns control. ukreg let you edit your nameservers but thats it. freeparking are a little more expensive, but you have to decide whats best - i dont know of any other registries as cheap as ukreg and 123reg with the dns control of freeparking, sorry. if you find one let me know !:D

OpenSRS do .uk at $13
Thats approx £9, but you have the control panel etc and you will also be able to do .com, .cc, .tv etc off the one account.

No matter who we use for .com we keep our OpenSRS account active for all the othrs.
Apart from .uk where we are nominet members and pay the members price.

On a side note, I went looking for another .com supplier and found

As we register 500+ .com per month they can do us a very good price and they do .biz at the same price.

I e-mailed sales and got a standard reply which did not answer my specific questions.

Does anyone have any experience of this company?
