yesterday i was changing the nameserver information on a domain i regestered with stargate and i noticed i had access to another domain which i did not register. luckily i'm honest (!!) so i've e-mailed the owner of this domain (bmatechnology.com) about this & informed stargate.

obviously this is a terrible security problem and makes me concerned that this could be happening with lots of their domains.

I have had many problems before with Stargate. I registered a domain, and the domain was active, but would not show up in my account until I emailed them several times.

But that was last year, I thought they would have improved or revamped their service by now.

with them. The most common problem being names that appear to be successfully registered but then dont turn up into your account and billing errors.

Fortunately most have been resolved fairly quickly through support.

I've had similar problems with Stargate. While contacting support several times usually gets them to sort it out rather quickly, it is annoying.

I think I'll be switching to GoDaddy for new domains.
