I am redesigning my web site. Notice that some companies have a disclaimer policy. Any particular template that I can follow?

Get a lawyer to write one. If you use another hosts wording you could get in deep legal trouble.

seems fishy....

and its german, it would be pretty hard for your non-german speaking clients to understand it...

unless however you translate it from german to english using google :)

Sorry but the Google translation is CRAP ! If someone reads a text you translated with Google they will definitely not buy at your site. Try to translate a text into a foreign language and then back to English...

Every host is different, like everyone has different TOS/SLAs, you should get a lawyer to write one that is customized for your business.
