Thanks AlaskanWolf 11-29-2001, 02:27 AM When we had a server in SD, we used the Level3 NOC Very nice setup they got there, took a tour and everything :) RackMy.com 11-29-2001, 02:31 AM Inflow - http://www.Inflow.com (be warned they are not cheap, but are one of the best) ReliableServers 11-29-2001, 03:34 AM Letme add that I am looking at 100-200Mbit of connectivity being needed. ReliableServers 11-29-2001, 03:36 AM Inflow in san diego is located in the same place at switch and data? or are they in switch and data? Thanks RackMy.com 11-29-2001, 09:54 AM Inflow in san diego is located in the same place at switch and data? or are they in switch and data? I am not sure if there are in the same building, but I do know that Inflow maintains and runs their own datacenters across the country (and also Dublin). UmBillyCord 11-29-2001, 01:50 PM Inflow is *in* the S&D complex in Sorrento Valley. While not the cheapest, they are good. They have one of the best SLAs around. Another good place is SDColo/cari.net. They actually run more traffic then any other provider in SD, including Verio. They have a Cogent OC48 (soon to be two I heard). They also have 2 lit OC48s from Level 3 and MCI. They also use Genuity. (Some of this may have changed recentally) ReliableServers 11-29-2001, 03:55 PM Originally posted by UmBillyCord Inflow is *in* the S&D complex in Sorrento Valley. But I am looking for better bw to offer my customers, and carinets 1$pergig for their multihomed bw even when I ask for 50-100Mbit of it is not even reasonable. Thanks. UmBillyCord 11-29-2001, 04:11 PM Have you talked to Bill Manns or Joe? I know you can get a better deal. Want to share? Did you get a price quote from them? If so, how much? ClusterMania 11-30-2001, 04:44 AM About $1000 bucks per much for full rack. Also theres a setup fee. |
