I saw this included as a tool within a CPanel for free. Why the monthly charge? Is the monthly charge for the hosting package and Interchange is included in the package?

Yes and No. Cpanel does provide the user the option to install Interchange as shopping cart. In itself this is very nice, but Interchange is not very usable if your hosting company does not give extra support.

For example in the latest version CC orders are encrypted for security reasons. If your hosting company does not setup the Encryption process for you, you won't be able to receive CC orders via e-mail and CC are not stored in the program.

Our staff has a lot of experience with the Interchange Commerce Suite, with added support from Redhat. We make sure that if you want to use Interchange, you can... at No extra charge. (many companies charge extra to e.g. setup the encryption)

Besides that, Interchange uses a lot or resources from the server, that is why it is only included with the E-commerce plans (in other plans it is disabled in Cpanel)
