I'm currently looking for a temp help desk. I have tried Perl Desk the free one whatever it is called. The one I tried I keep getting a blank page everything is right here http://www.paradise-designs.net/support/admin/admin.pl. I can't figure out what is wrong so I'm looking for another one that is easier or someone tell me what is up with this one. Thanks

Hi Tim,

The path was not set in your conf.pl file, $data must be set to the directory which you have perldesk located, it is showing a blank page because it cannot locate the template files.

I will include an install script with the next release on Friday to simplify setting it up :)
