Hi guys,
What kind of a billing system do you have in place?
I'm looking for a good system that will be a long term solution for billing. To integrate credit card orders, automatically enter payments into the db, send notices to unpaid accounts, calculate amounts owing and god knows what else that I haven't yet though of.
This is very important to me cause if I don't find anything suitable, this time next year I'll have to be working 24/7 to catch up on billing side of things.
I would preffer a fixed cost system rather than a percentage based as I hate having to see 2/3 of my money going into taxes, and business expences and pament processing fees (payment processor is taking up about 13% of the total)
