Hi,

Looking for some feedback on ACTUAL experiences of UK2Net? Does anyone have anything good or bad that they could post here as I've a customer who went the way of registering a domain there for 2p and now faces £19+vat to leave so they're wondering if they should stay...

Important issues:
- Support?
- Downtime?
- Reliability?
- Features?

I've had an experience with them.

Wasn't positive.

They billed my debit card (dont know how they got my details) for a domain name which took me over my withdrawl limit. My bank accepted that id not made the transaction and put the money back in my account and charged uk2 £25. UK2 then did it again a few days later, My bank was more peeved than me i found it funny. This went on for 3 weeks before my bank cancelled my card.

Make your own judgement on this company :)

I hate UK2.NET and strongly recommend you stay well clear from them. I registered a domain with them ages ago, just to be presented with lots of hidden charges, no technical support etc. I doubt they even have a technical support department.

I heard a while ago Trading Standards were investigating them, although I don't know of the outcome...
