I would still like to see the price lowered a bit when they are so many good low cost or free ticket systems out there.

I would pay $50 a year and $200 for the total package.

That seems a little more reasonable. What do others think?

True there are alot of low cost and free support systems out there
but there are none we know of that work with Plesk database itself.

For the pricing compareing to other support desk programs seems
pretty reasonable:

WounderDesk Standard: $499 (with powered by logo)
WounderDesk Standard: $3,499 (without powered by logo)

WonderDesk SQL: $1,499 (with powered by logo)
WonderDesk SQL: $8,499 (without powered by logo)

PHP Support Desk:
Leased License: $150
Purchased License: $250

eSupport v1:
Leased License: $199
Purchased License: $349

iHelp Support Desk:
Leased License: $125/yr
Purchased License: $225

we do include 1 year unlimited updates and support with the above
pricing. The $50 year is for support and updates after the inital year.

After looking at the product pricing above as well as NONE of them
interact with Plesk, I think we are giving a good deal on our licenses.

I am personally using the iHelp desk, and anyone who thinks the price is too high, think again. This has saved us hours every day dealing with our 500 + Plesk clients. I would have paid more to get an equal product.
