When I do whois it give me the following:
No such file or directory while getting address for whois.crsnic.net

And after the server was rebooted....... I don't seem to recieve any emails coming in for some reason. And EXIM is indeed up! Can anyone help me on this?

Did you try the whois at Network Solutions?

There seems to be something wrong with your name servers.
As rightly pointed out try the whois from some other server. (try www.network-tools.com) .

Check the chmod for the account's inbox. It should be something like 644 or 611, sorry but I have forgotten. Without it right, you can't retrieve mails from the server.
