Ok, really, I am getting paranoid, with copy cats all over.

Like, I posted a request in the offers section for a layout, and got some offers by email.

BUT, can I ever be sure that it won't be a copy of something? Now, those who emailed me are surely not copying it, but, I don't want to wake up one day and come to WHT and see my name in one of copy cat topics!

putting your name over it, copy right it? Or your last hope pray that nobody will copy it? :D

If you like the design and have not stolen anybody's design on purpose ... I guess it should not bother you.... :)
After all what ever you think is original ... I sure they's be a thousand more like you who think that way.... this is especially true when you are on the net....

If I was in your situation I would pic the site design I liked best and go with it. Worrying about something that you have little to no control over is not productive or healthy. If by chance someone steals your design idea or parts there of, think of it as flattery and move on. If your site is visually appealing then be prepared to deal with the fruits of popularity.

Copyrights work great if you can afford the lawyer fee's & court filing fee's to chase ghosts.
