If you look at the bandwidth its not THAT cheap. You don't get a lot of it.
The amount of diskspace is rediculous but I think they are just overselling it. They don't expect you to actually put 2.5 GB of junk on their server. Not with 1-5 GB of monthly datatransfer anyway

For 18.99 a month they say unlimited domains and 7gb per month

The "host unlimited domains" sounds nice, but how many domains do you reckon you can host with 7 GB max datatransfer per month? Certainly not unlimited.

Questions you may want to ask them:

Should you exceed your data transfer, there is no loss of service to your account, you simply pay a small surcharge for each additional megabyte of data transferred

How much?

Can I add additional Domains to my Account?

Look at NS2 for both, same IP, betcha dollars for donuts hostone is a donhost reseller.

35 pounds per month for "unlimited space, unlimited domains" and 50 gigs transfer, resell it at 19 pounds "unlimited space unlimited domains" and 7 gigs transfer. 35 out, 140 in, hell I'm in the wrong business!

They may be new to the industry.
In the beginnng we all think that low prices can beat anythng.... :)
They may be trying to get new customers based on prices. Service, speed reliability issues will come only later.

BTW is that the hostone logo or just the BSD logo place close to the title...

Actually I find them a bit expensive :)

they are definately donhost i know the owner. also so are www.rensters.co.uk . i have an account on donhost for messing with a personal stuff cos it was free from a mate. they are fast but terrible for killing accounts.

overuse of the word unlimited is a fave of theirs.
