We are looking for 2 lvl two support techs that meet the following requirements. Sorry, but we are not looking for outsource companies.

1) Must be located in the US
2) Over the age of 18
3) MUST be comfortable with phone support
4) Able to solve customer problems. This may be as simple as how do I do this or that to modifying certian server side configurations if it calls for ir.
5) 4 or more years experience with Unix/Linux
**6) 4 or more years experience with Windows
7) Fluent in Cpanel, WHM, and Plesk
8) TIMES: 1-AM to 9AM EST (OR) 5PM-1AM EST
9) Atleast 2 recommendations from other hosting related companies

Pay will be starting at $10/hour

** we don't offer windows hosting plans now, but plan to in the near future.

Do you have to meet the necessary requirements or is there exceptions?

The only 2 that I would be willing to give room on would be the required US location and possibly the windows experience.

I don't have experience with windows, but I know alittle bit of the functions like Cpanel, WHM, and i'm just now learning Plesk. I can also be in other fields of improving customer service its one of my best features.
