What's Dim8 like?

I use dim8.net for one of my webhosting accounts and they have one of the top support teams. Server time has always been up and I've never experinced down time since I've been their. Its been about 5 months. I highly recommend them and they have very good packages.

I too have recently become a fan.... I now have two sites with them and they have been reliable and tech support is real helpful and promt. I highly recommend them too.

I've heard they're good and prompt, but I ordered their service 3 days ago and haven't heard a peep out of em yet. it's actually a bit frightening.

I remember seeing the order placed and put in the system to be created, I'm not sure what happened to it after that. I don't deal with account creation that is Mike's department and i've contacted him to see why he has over looked your account.

Why is it $50 per year when it's almost $10 per year? If you were to pay yearly, that's over half off the regular price. I can understand maybe $10 off of an already cheap hosting plan, but 50?!
