I heard that there are some DOS Attacks on reseller servers which offer cheap hosting. Could it be possible from concurence which wish to get rid of them?

i have not heard of dos attacks against reseller servers. I know our dos attacks have been up the past week or so but it is thanksgiving. They usally go up around holidays. And it still has not been too bad.
