Do you offer Telnet or SSH (Secure Shell Access) to your servers?

Will this price ever go up, or will it stay as long as I am a customer or yours?

How many staff do you have?

How do you offer Bandwidth at such a great price? Is it cheap bandwidth, or high-quality?

What types of connectivity do you have on your servers?

Seems like you are using Cpanel, but I could be wrong. Is it the VDI Version or the DarkOrb one?

I think these questions are enough and should provide myself (I love asking questions to all the hosts, hehehe) others with sufficient information. Thank you! :cool:

1.) We do not offer shell access as a standard option, however, we do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you have a defined need for it, we will be more than happy to enable it on your account.

2.) The price for the Webhosting Talk special is locked in for as long as you are a customer. :)

3.) We are dedicating 4 of our employees from Micro Dynamics to the operations of Trivaya. More staff will be added as necessary.

4.) Trivaya's parent company (MDI) is well established, and since we are able to utilize the resources of MDI, the overhead is thus reduced, allowing us to pass along this savings to you, the customer. :)

5.) Connectivity is provided by NAC, which includes 15 OC3 and DS3 connected directly to PSI, Sprint, MCI (Cable & Wireless), Savvis, Exodus, and UUNET.
