I am webmaster of new website about soccer

we r one month online , and we r gaining good reputation everyday..we r socceralliance.com associates and we have content partnership with ajax-usa.com (biggest ajax amesterdam club website in english) and we started to get more visits from around the world..
with proper ranking to our site in search engines we will have more hits and a very popular site indeed.. we r not on any major search engines till now except aol dmoz org..etc.
We have trend. we want to start generating money from advertising to cover our costs, so we do our best to get smart deals from what we call sponsors.
u can see on the frontpage...we have a small banner for company called webservepro.com.. they r excellent webhosting service and they provided us with hosting..
We can have a similar deal,, we can place an ad for your company . and u can sponsor EP website..
what do we need?
1- Optimization to ensure top 10-20 ranking in major search engines..
2- Submission/resubmission/rank check.
