A friend of mine who has Burlee's unlimited basic plan is pursuing ecommerce for her site. She has been redirected time and again by Burlee to their ecommerce provider but with little response. She likes Burlee and it's founders, having schooled with some of them. But of late is somewhat disillusioned with their service, I checked her site through ftp to discover someone was using her space for mp3's. She had a basic static site with almost no updates until now so this was a surprise. As are the webtrends reports which are using data three months old.

I do not know much about burlee
However I do not think any hosting company would be using a client's web space. This could be the work of some hacker who managed to get her password and is using it for personal purposes.
I would suggest chaning the password regularly.
