I did do a standard search here for "ultranix" and did not find but one thread where they were annoucing some specials. In that thread there were a few positive comments, just looking for something more substantive.

I opened an account with them two weeks ago. So far, so good. The best thing is that I can talk to the owner, Whei Meng, via yahoo messager most of the time.

You should ask for the host directly for such kind of technical issues. First, it's more correct info; second, you can test how fast he responds.

Anyway, I don't think they offer overselling in its cheapest $7.99 plan. Other than that, you need to search from WHT to get more details. Quite a few good reviews there for Ultraunix.
