I am having a really hard time getting just 2 IPs from RackShack. I sent them an email mid Friday to get me 2 more IPs and I'm still waiting. I have spoken to numerous support people and I have left the VP of Support a phone message and still nothing.

As far as I know, all requests have been met up until 5:00 PM today (Monday 11/26). If by chance you do not have your ip's, please e-mail me directly more information and I will get them to you. It would be helpful if you would forward me the original e-mail you sent, so I can see where we might have gone astray.

BTW, I am the Vice President, but I do not recall your phone message. I apologize for not responding.

There is nothing the forum can do for you in cases of support. Please email them next time, post to their boards, etc.
