I have a cobalt raq 3 at 4webspace. Why would one site be "down" on the server, while all the other sites on the same server be "up"?

What is the error message you get? There can be many reasons as to why this is happening.

I believe it was a #425

I am confused ... You tried to access your website (http://) and you get error #425? Isn't eror #425 a FTP error? Are you trying to connect using FTP or HTTP?

Connecting using HTTP only. We changed nothing on the web site. It was up as per usual, and then it wasn't (even though other sites on the same server were up at that time) and then later, the problem site was up again.

And that's what the message said: HTTP 425 error
I don't know any more than that unfortunately.
