Worldzone has managed to have about 24 hours uptime in the past 96 hours - that's if we were lucky enough !
So I am reckoning there will be a flood of people looking for a different host once WorldZone is up long enough to make a site copy and inform them that their services are no longer required - - Any Specials?
I would prefer to complain on the WorldZone forums but obviously this is not possible.

hoonz: That's not cool ... some hosts have bad weeks and some don't ... but that really sucks ...

The single biggest difference between us and those other guys is our support. Sure, ok, they talk the talk. Unfortunately, it's after they have you that you find out they can't walk the walk. In other words, they are all talk and no action.
found that interesting little tidbit on their homepage. :D

....and I think most here know exactly what popular hosts that is referring to. We all here get clients who leave them. Several of them are flat out ripoff hosts. I dont think anyone can deny we have great support either. Anyone can tell you that I think good support is extremely important.. So what are you saying here?
As for us right now, we had some hardware failures. I tried to fix all weekend, had another try to fix all day monday, we finally said screw it and sent the machine back to our supplier. We put the drives in another (single cpu) machine. This is the second time we have had to send the machine back. We will have two more duals in a couple of days and the drives will all be moved to those.
I apologize for the probs and downtimes. We certainly werent expecting to have continued probs with the machine after it came back from warranty repair the first time. We wont be using that machine again..
