I use snort with MySQL

now I'm getting this:
"Database ERROR:Database ERROR:Duplicate entry '2-3722' for key 1"

and it stop workign too (snortsam is not blocking anything)

probably the best thing is to delete and recreate the DB
anyone know how to do that?

You can probably repair the database.

Go to /var/lib/mysql/DATABASE_DIR

and run myisamchk -r *.MYI
