Anyone know how to register .IN domain names? What is the procedures and conditions? Last time I heard , the nameservers need to be in India. Now I am not that sure, any liberalisation or relaxation of the rules?

there is an indian registrar that used to offer .in domains www.signdomains.com contact them and see if they can help you also check with directi.com they are indians
