You can divide your space to as many accounts as you want and you can also configure them with as much pop, mysql, subdomain etc.. as you want.

May I know that Cobalt server is better for small accounts or these systmes, I need uptime security i.e. 99.9% or 100%

If you are going to run scripts or you will need MySQL databases be as far as you can from cobalt.

Cobalt is a little inexpensive but I think it does not worth it.
