I am interested in peoples requirements for billing software. In the near future I am probably going to be working on a system to manage your billing, possibly linked in with deskpro support but it would also be avaliable seperatly.

Firstly, how are people billing when they have one user with more than one account? are you giving one bill per month (and charging a % of the month on the first time period) or are you sending seperate invoices?

Are you charging all clients on the same day of the month and again charging a % of the monthly fee to get to this time period or are you charging on different days for each month.

The plan would be to integrate it with automatic setups for the popular control panels out there, ensim, cpanel and plesk to start with and the popular payment gateways.

Let me know what you are looking for in this type of system. My personal use will be for a reseller webhosting company that is being set up but i want to make it as flexible as possible.
