yah i already read it. the post never gave any reason why they transfer to jvds. are they bancrupt? will they still exist?
i hope jvds will accept same price just like jvds,
if they will ill probably get 1 year of their lowest plan
just to learn vps
BiGWill 05-18-2004, 06:31 AM btw. very cheap, but pretty reliable for me till now, is www.adiungo.com
We took over their customer base as they were having support issue. We will honour any pricing accept the $5/mo

We are not bankrupt (due mainly to our policy of not taking on debt). We had a number of problems including key staff leaving (its down to 2 people from 4) and we could no longer continue to provide VPS/VDSs and the required support efficently , so the decision was made to transfer our VPS/VDS clients over to JVDS.

I was actually interested in what drive they use that has unlimited diskspace. I'd like to purchase it for my home computer ;)
piramida 05-19-2004, 10:29 AM /dev/null has unlimited diskspace. but i won't use it for my home computer, and neither would i use server4you :)
XGS-Barry 05-20-2004, 02:02 AM Just remember you get what you pay for so the cheapest is not always the best.

LOL...yeah :D I would prefer something where files could be retrieved.
piramida 05-20-2004, 11:10 AM clientblue.com - they never mention their vps technology, nor any guaranteed memory/cpu shares. sure, price sounds too good, but you'd probably get something like 16MB ram and 1% of 2.0 P4 processor... something maybe will work if you are lucky.
