I am the webmaster of a bulletin board addons website (hence the name). I am a short while from going totally live with the site and from starting the advertising, but I am in need of staff for my website as well. The staff will make money, although it is based on what is done/sold.

I need designers that are familiar with at least one of the below bulletin boards, you must be specfic what you are good at, if good with more than one please list details for all of them.

- XMB
- UBB
- phpBB
- vBulletin
- iKonBoard

You will need to be able to make buttons from scratch (as we will be selling button sets) as well as design and modify the board should it be needed (hence the reason we ask you be familiar with the board). When making buttons may use any graphics dev kit any of these boards provide, BUT...you may not use the buttons. You must make the buttons from scratch, you may only use the dev kits to make sure the buttons have the correct spelling, name, and extention.

I am sure you are wondering how you will be paid and how much. We will use paypal, so you must have an account for us to send you the money.

Payments:

Button Sets: Once you create a button set and we have it placed on our site and we sell it you will be paid 50% of the sale. Example: If you make one button set and we sell 10 copies at $10 each that would be $100 - you will receive $50 of that.
