Hostilizer.com needs a help, what we really need:

I want a order system to be in PHP and it will be in SSL mode course, it will allow like this:

1) it will ask your name, address, phone number
2) it will ask email address (it will check if its vaild address)
3) it will ask userid for their login (password will create after account setup)
4) select which package they want
5) it will ask which payment they will use
6) review the order (if error, allows them to edit it)
7) it will go in WHM awaiting for approval and a copy order will email to them with information how to make payment completely

** Also I forgot, I want allow to track what IP they are coming from also it will be logged, for security reasons**

I wrote one a while ago, although my site (nixt.org) is now down, you can get it at http://www.whsns.com/whm_script-1.0.zip. It does pretty much everything you list there, including queuing up the signups.
