I want to prepare list of all my outlook express contacts to whom i sent email or received from all folders, how I can do this with automatic way, because i have many contacts and difficult to manage manually.

go to address book, then click on EDIT then click on select all then hover over all of them and right click. you can mail them all if you want to or you can all them to specific groups

you can also print them all out as you have them highlighted, just highlight and click on the print icon at the top :)

its really quite cool how it prints out all their info into little sections!

I want to get list of each and every person , but in address book there are only few addresses, and in folders there are hundreds of messages.

I mean address book is not covering all addresses of all messages which I have in outlook.
