im having problems with Stardevelop Live Help, whats going on is when ever we are using the web administration, there are no sounds to let us know when ever a user comes online and ready to chat with us. does any body know how to fix this?

I don't think the livehelp web based client has that facility enabled on it. I think in the next release it will have the sounds working with the web client
