I am unable to access .htm and .html files from the cgi-bin. Is this normally or is there a way for me to change it? My server has Red Hat Linux 7.3

html doesn't belong in cgi-bin. You should move it to htdocs.

It's possible to get it working, but it's a bad idea, so I'm keeping quiet :)
