Does anyone know who the big players are for adult hosting, particularly with dedicated servers? It seems to be an aspect of the hosting industry that's even more difficult to scrutinize than usual.

For anyone who's been selling these, is business good, or has it slowed down since Bush got into office? (US-oriented question, I know).
