So it looks like the thread we had going regarding Ginix Billing has been removed? Interesting. They're obviously monitoring what's being said about them, or maybe it was Bank Of America/Manucturers Bank. Well I'd like to see them try to take down the website that will soon be up. In the mean time, all who have been burned by these people, please email me at holly97871@comcast.net. No doubt this will be removed soon as well. By the way, I sent emails to both Manufacturers Bank and Ginix Billing and have received absolutely no response. It's hard to imagine that a company can steal your money and provide you with absolutely no form of communication whatsoever. They don't even acknowledge me which is unbelievable. A class action suit sill soon be underway as I have talked to several attorneys who have shown interest in going after not only Ginix, but Manufacturers Bank/Bank of America as well. We're going to name everyone we can in this suit and go for really stiff punative damages. Anyone who's interested, email me.

FYI: Ginix/BofA aren't really able to close down threads here. It would be a moderator/owners choice to close it down. This protects them against potential suits if the information in them is proven to be false.

I am not saying that the information was false, I'm simply saying they are protecting themselves IF it was false.
