I am starting a web design firm. I want people for my team. I can do pretty much anything you give me except graphics. I was looking for 2 others (maybe i'll take 3) that can do graphics (photoshop) and know how to code xhtml/css/php/mysql. If you know flash that is a bonus, but not required!
