yes - that is one of our connections - we have that web server isolated on a cogent preferred network. We have other connections - but at that price we don't prefer traffic to them.
As you can see - the tracerts are smoking.

What's the spec of the dedicated server?
I don't need much tech support. But I just need someone to reboot the server if there is something wrong even in the middle night. Is there any?
