As my client wanted to transfer a domain to Opensrs/Tucows reseller (ev1servers domains fits this), firstly he go IP address blocked messages after filling up the Transfer request form & credit card details.

Then he tried to fillup the Transfer request form by SSH from a US datacenter server, then he got error message Credit card no. wrong.

Same credit card was used to pay a linux server at ev1servers!

So it looks like domain clients have been restricted to US/Canada + maybe Australia.

Anyone faced the same?

Where did your client try to connect from?

tried from Singapore, Thailand & India

seems they are blocking more countries every day..

Not Australia, we've been blocked too.

Yeah, just tried to sign up for one, I'm in Australia, got Error Message saying my IP has been blocked from their site.
