Sitemanager looks good but i'm not sure what to get yet.

Well, have you seen this? It might be of some use to you. It's open source. I have been toying around with the idea of using it for another project I have going at present.

We have a number of sites hosted here that are running under Bitrix Site Manager, a few of them are getting over 50k unique visitors a day (just one of the things BSM would show you right away:) ). The product is not just a content manager, but an irreplaceable tool to control a marketing campaign. Web shop or portal - not a problem. BSM is being rapidly developed with the new features constantly added. In addition it's registered version comes with the complete source code, you can integrate it into your site even deeper.

Ourselves, after we tried the product on the customers sites, we just could not wait to get it installed on our own.

Sounds like a great product. What is it written in? Is it 100% php?
