it doesnt bug me to much but still racksahck should have not copied it exact change it a bit ???

I don't think RackShack copied. I have seen that curvy wave design on the top of dozens of sites.

Most probably the designer ;) hes to lazy to think up his own theme.

The Catalog site looks much better than the RackShack one. I personally don't rate the RackShack site at all... I would have thought a company with 2000+ dedicated server clients would have a more proffessional website.

Still i'd have to agree, then again, it may not be their priority at the moment, might need the cash heh.

It's not really an odd shape, more like half a ten-pin bowling pin... I'm also thinking it would be used on dozens of sites.

just to ad my thoughts I agree it is the designer that copied it he must have seen it catalog is a big company and the shape is just to unique ??
guess when I meant odd I should have said Unique shape ;)
one that is unique or is not just a box or a rounded corner look ;)

my question is why didn't head surfer pay a talented designer to come up with something unique ??
ya spend millions of dollars on a building etc.. and can't even get a unique graphic ??? that would set them apart from others ??

maybe they did spend a lot of money. I once redid a site that looked like a bomd had hit it. Sadly I didn't find till later (after I quoted it) that the original had set him back $15000. Of course it was done a few years ago when people had more money than sense. :D
