Hello,
I would like to know if there is a way to order a domain as reseller with directi? cos' I did not find a way to do so.
Or do I have to create a customer (ME) to order the domain like that :)
Thanks in advance

Yes, you do have to create a customer first. ;)

ok, and one thing I am not sure to understand :D
Do I need to have money in my account in order that my customers can buy a domain?
And if yes, can I say: "This customer (ME) can order thanks to the reseller funds" ?

Yes. When you order a domain name, you simply choose to pay for it from your reseller funds directly (also knows as "Execute order w/o payment").
I strongly recommend you to visit their FAQ's:

Don't worry my friend.
Check this article:
http://manage.directi.com/kb/servlet/KBServlet/faq431.html
And then, this one:
http://manage.directi.com/kb/servlet/KBServlet/faq514.html
Or follow this steps:
- Check the availability of the domain name.
- Add the domain to the customer profile by his/her email address.
- After verifying the Name Servers are correct, in the next window click on "Pay".
- In the nex window, at the bottom, you'll find the "Execute Without Payment" option.
- In the next window, at the bottom, you'll find two options. Choose the first one if you want to keep an invoice. We always choose the second one, since we use our own billing system.
- In the next window click on "Execute" and that's all there is to it. :)
