Hello,
We have web servers located in a datacenter remote from us. We are using WhatsUP for our server monitoring software. ITs a great program but its limited in a way. I am trying to find software that does monitoring of server's services PLUS monitoring of its proformance like CPU usage, memory, system load, mail server , httpd etc . . Does anyone know of a software that can do that kind of monitoring. Cost really isn't an issue so just throw what u know.
Thanks,
Moe
I think qwkmon.com is good monitoring service, but it doesn't have features like CPU usage or others.

I'd recommend deMarc. We've played around with it a bit here and it looks really cool.

I've tried to find a software to provide a service like InternetSeer.com and qwkmon.com, but no luck.
Guess I still have to search.

Yea but does the software do CPU and Memory monitoring. I need something very advanced that monitors the server up and down, right and left.
I found a software called up.time by www.spyn.com . Anyone know any other software like this but either better.

I'm using netsaint (http://www.netsaint.org/) to watch memory, cpu, dns, mail, www, ping etc on both FreeBSD and NT/2000 servers.
It's running on FreeBSD but most *NIX flavors should work. To get the load/memory info on the Windows boxes, a small service is installed on each.
I had previously used Sitescope, but thought I'd try a free/open source product and have not been disappointed. It's not as polished as some of the commercial products, but works fine.
