Anybody here has opinion on dedicated hosting at DataPipe and RackMy?

I need a Win2K, firewall, backup, and shared SQL server, reliable uptime and support.

Thanks!

I had a RAQ with Datapipe for 18 months (cancelled about a year back when I moved to non-raq servers. Their support was good (phone, etc.) and I never had any downtime from what I remember.

I have alse read some good threads on Rackmy here and my emails to them were answered quickly and their network seems fast too..

There are many opinions about both of these companies accross the boards. Just use the 'search' function.

Personally, I think datapipe is a bit pricey, but has quality service. I have never experienced the other company.

Hope your search results in success.

I've had servers with DataPipe for over a year, and have had a total of 45 minutes of unscheduled downtime. I wouldn't call them pricey, nor would I call them cheap (in any sense of the word).

I have no experience with DataPipe but we colo our Linux servers with RackMy and they have surpassed our expectations, fast network, fast support
