Those can probably be online in 24-72 hours, most likely closer to 24-48. We did get a server built in under 12 hours the other day, so it depends on how busy they are that day with builds.

We may be offering some P4 2.66Ghz servers with 1000GB bandwidth @ the RackOnline datacenter too - we can't do these 10Mbps deals again (at least not soon) because of the pricing. It's still an awesome deal, let me know if you want one.

We still have that one Dual Xeon server available, but we unfortunately one have one in stock. That should be up during the day tomorrow, so setup on that is pretty quick. The 10Mbps servers in CA are same day setup if ordered before 7PM EST. The other servers have an estimated setup time of less than 48 hours.

in which data center is the xeon and how to order it (in ur site is sold out) and as for the P4 if order 3 machines would u waive the set up fees? they r in nocster Dc aren't they?
