Hi everybody

I already posted this question on the Cobalt RaQ forum, but nobody seemed to know the answer to my problem. That's why I'll try it again over here...

I have some customers on my RaQ3 who keep checking their email every minute. This really annoys me.
I have once read on the cobalt mailinglist that it is somehow possible to limit connections per user per
minute / 5 minutes / whatever.
I cant find this thread anymore, so maybe some of you may help me out with this.

btw, the RaQs run qpopper.
