To start with the server is running redhat linux on the default configuration by managed.com.
The problem occurs in an account I've created via CPanel to host a domain. I think there's a problem with the mail folder's permissions. I can't access email via pop for any mail account I create. Not much info is returned via outlook but when trying webmail (neomail) it gives the following error "Can't create your user directory!". What permissions and owner should the mail folder normally have?
