Well, it may be hard to find "THE BEST" because everyone has different views, especially if they've only been with one. Such as me. I'd choose MCHost, however I've only been with MCHost. You should probably do a search for each company, browse through what all is said and then maybe find a few to cross off the list. After that, test (e-mail support AND sales/billing separately) them for response time. Get some questions lined up and fire away.

After researching for over a month, I went with VO. It just made sense to go with them. I would like to offer my clients decent bandwidth for a great price and VO gives me just that.
Also, I heard their support was very good.
