I would like to know if there is any domain name reseller that doesnt charge you up front or bulk purchase ?

I have been looking at stargate.com and enom.com but i think both require NT. opensrs require you to purchase 25 domain minimum. Is there any domain reseller that sells below $9 per year and do not require minimum purchase ?
