Does anybody knows if there is a possibility of limiting the disk space and traffic in Hosting Controller similar to CPanel ?

you can limit disk space by using the 'transactions' system....your host has to be using that method though, we use the 'quota' method so it aint the same ;)

My host tells me that if he tries to limit/control the space this is messing up the FTP.

It is somehow strange for me !?!
