The Online Order Pages are currently down for maintenance.
We apologize for any inconvenience this might be.
Maybe you should fix it before you accept new orders? It's inconvenient for people to fax in the forms especially it's only written for Raqs and also very inconvenient for people living outside North America.

I think the signup forum goes down nightly for backup.. but yeah, it is rather annoying for us overseas customers.
Hi Donovan
You see that message when your IP is blocked.
Malaysian IPs are blocked... you have to fax in your order.
Something to do with the credit card fraud huh? Too bad...
I am sure that I can still use Proxy server right? :P
zbco, you from Malaysia?

We are trying out one of their new linux servers right now. So far so good the only problem I find is getting extra IPs. It is a 2 day wait. Pretty bad if you are trying to do Name Based Hosting.

How is waiting for IPs bad if you're doing namebased hosting?
I would think the exact opposite is true.

LOL, Planet Z, I thought that too... since name based hosting only requires one IP.

your dedicated servers, i have read your tos and aup but it seems pretty vague with regard to adult content. I am talking about "legal" adult content not kiddy porn.

I'm replying as a RS customer, not affiliate.... you can run anything you want... you can remove Plesk, installed cpanel, anything you want to do. If you do something that causes the server not function, they will charge a restore fee (not sure what it is )

I remember reading somewhere (and for the life of me can't find the URL now) that it is $20 for an OS restore.
